Mel Robbins - One of the World’s Most In-Demand Speakers – Brings “The Five Second Rule” to G2I 2018

Mel Robbins, whose digital platform inspires more than 20 million people a month with transformative videos, articles, positive psychology research, and inspiring content will present the closing keynote at the Gateway to Innovation (G2I) conference May 16, 2018 at the America’s Center Convention Complex in downtown St. Louis. The region’s premiere technology conference is attended by more than 1,500 IT professionals and executives each spring.

Robbins will discuss the secrets preventing people from reaching their true potential detailed in her best-selling book “The Five Second Rule”, which is a fixture on Amazon’s Top Ten Most Read List. Robbins is a riveting, fun, and unforgettable speaker, teaching audiences a wide range of science-backed strategies with life-changing impact.

“Mel is the ideal speaker to wrap-up what’s shaping up to be the best G2I conference yet,” said 2018 G2I conference co-chair Jill Rausch of WWT Asynchrony Labs. “Her keynote promises to be incredibly entertaining, while giving people lessons and tools they can use immediately. G2I conference organizers previously announced that DonorsChoose.org Founder & CEO Charles Best will deliver the opening keynote, while Online Entrepreneur & Magician Vihn Giang has agreed to present the mid-day keynote. Each year G2I features renowned keynote speakers and exceptional networking opportunities. The conference also offers more than 30 breakout sessions focused on cutting edge industry developments and best practices.

In its first eleven years, the G2I community giveback initiative has contributed $1,369,168 to more than 37 organizations, awarded 46 individual scholarships, endowed five scholarship funds, supported numerous STEM initiatives, and funded other technology needs for the region.
