The Kansas City IT Symposium is the Largest and Longest Running IT Executive Conference in Kansas Ci

Dayton Moore, 2017 Keynote Speaker

Executive Functions Management will be hosting the 18th Annual Kansas City IT Symposium in conjunction with The Council of IT Executives (CITE). The IT Symposium is the largest and longest running IT executive conference to take place in Kansas City and will push over $100,000 in cumulative charity giveback into the community this year.

There is expected to be over 600 IT executives representing over 180 companies. Each attendee will receive 6 credit hours of continuing education. CIO's and their management teams can register now at a discounted rate to reserve their seat for this noteworthy event.

The 2018 keynote speaker lineup features Chris McChesey, a Wall Street Journal #1 National Best Selling Author, Thomas Frey, IT Futurist and Executive Director for the DaVinci Institute, and Dr. Natalie Stavas, a Physician at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (while running the Boston Marathon she became a first responder to the terrorist bombings in 2013). Chris's presentation will elaborate on the 4 Disciplines—Focusing on the Wildly Important; Acting on Lead Measures; Keeping a Compelling Scoreboard; Creating a Cadence of Accountability—leaders can produce breakthrough results. Thomas Frey's presentation will focus on the future of IT, 3, 5, 10 years and beyond. Lastly, Natalie's presentation will help attendees determine what type of leader they are, one that runs towards chaos or runs away.

Along with the tremendous lineup of keynote speakers, this event will give attendees unlimited access to all 28 practitioner led breakout sessions to learn how their peers are overcoming common obstacles that many of Kansas City's IT organizations are facing.
