Mr. Youngwirth is currently the I.T. Director for Cosentino Service Corporation, a services subsidiary for Kansas City based Cosentino Food Stores.  Cosentino's is a leading supermarket retailer most recently awarded the National Grocers Association 2010 Outstanding Community Based Retailer Award. This store group is most recogized as Cosentino's Price Choppers, Apple Markets, Sunfresh and Cosentino's Market stores located across 25 locations in the Kansas City metro area.  Ed has 25+ years of management experience in technology associated with the supermarket industry at both the wholesale and retail level.  He is actively involved in industry initiatives through his participation on various industry steering commitees associated with CRM, Electronic Commerce, and Point of Sale.
