It is a multi-bank holding company which serves the Quad City, Cedar Rapids, Rockford, and Milwaukee communities through its wholly owned subsidiary banks. Each bank provides full-service commercial and consumer banking, trust, and asset management services. 

Responsibilities
Providing contributions of technology expertise to business strategies, maintaining & executing an evolving three year IT Strategic Plan, oversight & controls for IT Operations, Security & DR/BCP, Infrastructure Service Delivery, Application Development and 3^rd party delivery of services.   

Career Background & Previous Work Experience
Michael has been in Information Technology for over 20 years.  Most of that time has been within financial services markets specifically in Credit Card Processing and Operations.  He served as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Technology Relationship Management and directed MIS & Distributed Systems for Alliance Data Systems in Dallas, Texas.   Prior to Alliance Data Systems he was at First Data Corporation both in Omaha, Nebraska and Tulsa, Oklahoma where he served in multiple enterprise and line of business roles within IT, involved with acquisition & consolidation, data center design and deployment, Engineering & concluding as Vice President Technical Services, First Data Corporation Bankcard Program Services supporting delivery of multiple call center services.
