With a career spanning 40 years Ken has held senior executive positions in both business operations and information technology with multiple company’s. As Vice President and CIO with Avery Dennison Corporation Ken was at the forefront of the identification of offshore and onshore opportunities within operational functions.  He has negotiated multiple on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore contracts with vendors that range from the largest global players to small boutique firms. Services within information technology that Ken has negotiated outsourcing contracts for include: data center operations, global helpdesks, desktop support, application development and support, wide area networking, local area networking, and EDI translation. Additionally, in conjunction with the financial function, Ken led the highly successful Avery Dennison outsourcing BPO project.

Prior experience to Avery Dennison includes a role as the Chief Information Officer for Cleveland Range Corporation and 10 years with Caterpillar Tractor Corporation in various business operations and quality assurance positions.

Ken Holds a Bachelors of Science in Education from Ohio University and a Masters of Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.
