Larry Wolff

Larry Wolff has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Corporate Strategy Management.

Mr. Wolff worked for Universal Technical Institute (NYSE: UTI) from 2005 to 2008 where he served as Senior Vice President, Strategy Management and Chief Information Officer.  He facilitated the development and communication of corporate strategy and oversaw the execution of strategic initiatives.  During the same time, he leveraged technology to support more than 90% of the corporate strategic initiatives.

Mr. Wolff was an Executive Consultant from 2003 to 2005, advising major businesses and startups on strategy, operations and technology.  His efforts helped launch new businesses and helped companies save millions of dollars annually.

Mr. Wolff worked for Reed Elsevier, PLC (NYSE: RUK and NYSE:ENL) from 1987 to 1991 and 1994 to 2003.  His most recent role was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for the $1 billion Reed Business Information division.  He leveraged technology and proven management practices to add a full margin point to the P&L for three consecutive years and improved profitability by 40% in six months at eLogic Corporation, a subsidiary of Reed Business Information.   He partnered with Microsoft to launch Expedia.com and led the technology integration of numerous acquisitions.   Mr. Wolff served on the Reed Elsevier Global IT Directors’ Council, the Global Product, Technology and Strategy Council, and numerous global project steering committees.

Mr. Wolff served as Vice President, Information Technology for Peterson’s Guides from 1991 to 1994 where he orchestrated a one-year business turnaround resulting in record profits.

Mr. Wolff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Seton Hall University.
