Mark Whitmire manages all information technology systems for Cox Oklahoma. A graduate of Oklahoma State University in computer science, Whitmire came to Cox in 2002. His areas of responsibility include application development, network and billing systems support and operational reporting.

Whitmire’s community involvement includes service on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and as board president for the Taste of OKC
