Gerry Weaver has over 30 years of global executive management experience spanning many disciplines: COO, CIO, International Manager, Global IT Services Delivery Vice-President, and Vice-President / Client Executive Large Accounts.

From General Manager to CIO, Gerry Weaver has held many leadership positions in a wide variety of technology fields.

As Vice-President of EDS Midwest region, Mr. Weaver was the senior regional executive responsible for the sales, business development, client relationship and delivery for all EDS account in Missouri, Indiana and Ohio.  Mr. Weaver developed and exceeded growth plans and had the highest service excellence rating in the U.S.  Services included IT infrastructure, networking, systems development and integration, consulting, engineering and shared services outsourcing.

Mr. Weaver has also given his time to a great number of Community Involvements such as: Speaking at multiple conferences in US and Europe, Adjunct Lectures at Indiana University, serving on the Indiana Sports Corporation Executive Committee, Indy Partnership Board member, and Co-chair of the technology committees supporting the World Basketball Games, the NCAA relocation pursuit and the U.S. Cycling Championships.

Mr. Weaver served as Chief Technology Officer at the Indiana Office of technology responsible for the consolidation of all infrastructure services into one state agency and the overall technology direction for the state. He currently is the Chief Information Officer responsible for all IT services for the State of Indiana.
