Mr. Toy is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of technology experience, of which over 13 years of that being in the financial services industry.
Through his years of experience he has restructured IT Departments, implemented sweeping changes with collaboration and has created strategies with careful planning and minimal disruptions to achieve maximum benefit. Mr. Toy has been proactive in adapting technology and services to meet strategic organizational objectives.
Over his years of experience, Mr. Toy has worked for First Western Bank & Trust, Minot, ND; Home Federal Bank, Sioux Falls, SD; Premier Bank, Wilmette, IL and First International Bank & Trust.
He is a graduate of Minot State University.
