Todd is a 2007 graduate of the SIM Regional Leadership Forum (RLF) and is the RLF coordinator for the SIM Chapter in Indianapolis. He is Manager of IT CRM at Roche focusing on employee development, coaching and mentoring.  He has worked in IT for over 18 years and has held leadership roles at four companies spanning the student loan, health insurance and medical device manufacturing industries.
