Mark is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated and oversees the strategic global direction of the company's information technology resources and functions.

Prior to joining RGA, Mark spent more than 25 years at Monsanto Company in St. Louis, Missouri in roles of increasing responsibility, retiring as Chief Information Officer.

In 2010, he was named an Elite 8 insurance industry senior technology executive by Insurance & Technology and in 2007 was honored by Computerworld as one of the Premier 100 Leaders in Information Technology. In 2008, he was elected to the Alumni Hall of Fame at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.

Mark is active in the St. Louis community as a member of the Innovate St. Louis board as well as serving on several academic advisory boards at Washington University and Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
