Joseph Shepley

Joseph Shepley is a principal consultant at Doculabs. He is a PMP-certified IT professional who has led a wide range of technology initiatives involving cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. Shepley understands the role that technology can play in improving business processes and workflows; he also understands the importance of communications and change management in successful technology implementations. His experience includes application development, with particular expertise in agile development, enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives, web site rollout, and taxonomy development.

Shepley brings more than seven years of practical experience overseeing business-critical IT initiatives to his consulting engagements at Doculabs. He understands the roles and responsibilities involved in designing and delivering new technologies and processes, while also recognizing the impact that technology and technology delivery have upon the end users of that technology. He brings a team-focused approach to his consulting engagements, recognizing the need to involve stakeholders in the requirements-gathering process and the role of testing in implementations to help ensure the success of technology initiatives – particularly initiatives that have enterprise-wide impact.

Shepley holds Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 certification as well as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
