Monique Sendze is IT manager at the Johnson County Library in Overland Park, Kansas where she has been working in different IT Management roles for the last 10 years. She has a B.A in English, a M.Ed. in Teacher Education and a M.Sc. in Management Information Technology. She has contributed to articles in different library publications on various topics in Information technology Management.
