Dennis Rygwalski is Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Operations and Technology Division, for the Bank of Oklahoma Financial. As such his team oversees all technology related projects and services for the Bank of Oklahoma and its 7 Regional Banks.

Dennis is a seasoned information systems executive with more than two decades of success bringing strategic technology vision and line-of-business support to global corporations in the financial services industry. He led a $140 million-budget IS organization, conceiving and driving business-focused technology strategies to create competitive advantage. Dennis developed extremely effective organizations and managers through leadership modeling, talent acquisition and empowerment, and metrics-based performance management.

He has authored and published articles in Mortgage Technology News, Bank Systems and Technology, Computer World; and wrote a white paper titled, "Unlocking Latent Value in Banking Operations: The Business Process Utility Strategy."

Outside interest include golfing, scuba diving (certified), alpine skiing, house remodeling and reading.
