Len Rontanini joined CoorsTek in 1977 and has since held many positions within Manufacturing, Planning, Cost accounting, and Sales. His current role as a Lean Six Sigma Supply Chain Black Belt in IT, allows him to work closely with all 16 CoorsTek facilities around the world and apply the tools of lean and methodologies of Six Sigma to manage projects such as ERP implementations, ERP Upgrades, Plant Optimization initiatives, and Supply Chain Planning. While working in Manufacturing, he received certification for a US Patent for a new manufacturing process at CoorsTek, became APICS CPIM certified, and then moved to IT as a Senior Business Analyst to drive change.
