As a founding partner of Delta Initiative, Mr. Ritchey has over 20 years experience in the technology industry.  His strength is helping numerous companies improve their connection between technology and business, focusing on managing and improving operations for organizations in various industries such as distribution, software, and education.  Mr. Ritchey has extensive experience building agile organizations combining employees and outside recruits to improve delivery on the strategies for the company.  His most recent engagement has been as interim CIO at DeVry Inc. helping DeVry University reinvent its technology organization while assisting in the search for the new CIO.  Previously, he was President and COO of Indeliq, the leading provider of Performance Simulation technology started by Accenture in 2000.  As President/COO, he led the effort to integrate Indeliq into the Accenture Learning organization.  He managed the company to its first year of profitability after two straight years of losses.  He was also Vice President of Technology and Operations for Indeliq, leading the technology effort to create the SPS product, a software package used to create and run performance simulations, as well as being responsible for internal and web site operations.  Prior to Indeliq, as VP of Technology - Grainger Internet Commerce, Mr. Ritchey was responsible for all technical areas, including architecture, application development, deployment, operations, security and network for the award-winning site Grainger.com and OrderZone.com.  During his tenure, sales experienced a tremendous annual growth of over 400%
