Richard Harris oversees the management, design and implementation of all information systems throughout First Financial Network. This includes management of the development of the company's Online Due Diligence and bidding platforms, for which he has designed several complex programs necessary to electronically track and expedite all phases of the sale process.

Mr. Harris has been responsible for the smooth operation and closing of numerous electronic transactions. He has designed several computer applications including investor contact management software, bid optimization programs and valuation models including First Financial Network's proprietary Qualitative Estimated Cash Recovery (QECR®) analysis.
