Rodeina Davis is Vice President and Chief Information Officer for BloodCenter of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. She is a senior information technology executive with experience in directing the transformation of complex information system organizations, planning strategic information systems, and identifying and applying new technology in healthcare and financial services environments.

She currently co-chairs an ISBT task force charged with developing international guidelines for information security in transfusion medicine, with mapping to HIPAA rules and ISO 17799 standards, and is a member of the ISBT RFID task force evaluating the applicability of radio frequency identification (RFID) in the blood product supply chain. Mrs. Davis’ expertise includes medical device system development and implementation, P&L management and business development, quality assurance & regulatory compliance, business process engineering and reengineering, mergers and acquisitions, and data center management. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.
