Rich Binger has worked in Technical Services since joining Securian Financial Group in 1986. He gained valuable experience through assignments in Data Management supporting IMS and DB2, and as an OS/390 Systems Engineer.  Rich currently has responsibility for Production Management and Production Services as the Director of Data Center Services. He is responsible for managing data center services functions including Level 1&2 data center support, Level 2 storage management, job scheduling, data center BCP, mainframe hardware acquisitions, change management, and capacity  planning and performance management.
