Brett Rathbone is currently the Chief Enterprise Architect at Molson Coors Brewing Company, a global brewer with operations in US, UK and Canada, and sales across the globe. He has 25 years of experience in various Information Technology disciplines, having held a variety of IT roles in the beverage, hospitality and retail industries.
Brett was the Head of Architecture and Strategy for Information Services at Bass Brewers Ltd. a UK brewer, when it was acquired by Coors in 2002. He continued in that role for the following three years with responsibility for the UK Company’s technology strategy and solutions architecture, he also worked on a number of initiatives to drive synergy opportunities between the UK and US organizations.
In 2005, after Coors merged with Molson, Brett took on the role of Global IT Transformation Lead on Molson Coors Worldwide Integrated Services program. Based in Denver reporting to the Global CIO, he led the team responsible for designing and deploying a global shared services operating model for IT. Since completion last year of this initiative, Brett has held the Chief Enterprise Architect role, with responsibility for Molson Coors global technology strategy.
Brett received his honors degree in Business in 1981 at the University of Brighton in the UK.
