Molly Ranallo is an implementation consultant in Regulatory Change Management with Wells Fargo in Des Moines, Iowa. Molly attended the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.

During her 10 years with Wells Fargo, Ranallo's experience has included banking, credit card services, consumer merchant services, operations, records management, and regulatory change management.

She served in various management roles in Operations including an opportunity to participate in implementation of imaging.  This along with her other experiences give her a sense of what the Business needed to excel and where efficiency gains were needed.

Prior to serving in her current role in Regulatory Change Management, she played a key part in the design and implementation of records management. She is in tune with records management issues and needs in the industry today. Her previous business and operations experience, as well as her experience with imaging allows her to be able to view records management not only as a compliance tool, but also as a way to create more efficiency in day-to-day operations.
