Tim Pugsley has over 14 years experience in Information Technology. He has served in a technology leadership role in the last 10 years with 7 of them in healthcare. Mr. Pugsley also has extensive experience in Project Management, Client Services, Operations Management, and various Telephony Systems.
Mr. Pugsley earned his Bachelor’s degree in MIS from Bellevue University in Omaha, Nebraska. He is an active member of the Healthcare Information Systems Society (HIMSS) and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME).
Mr. Pugsley has served as Information Technology Manager and Information Security Officer for Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital since May, 2006. His role consists of managing all Network Operations, Data and Voice Communication Systems, Clinical and Business Applications, Clinical Informatics, and PACS Administration. Prior to NOH, Mr. Pugsley served as Director of Corporate Technology for Student Insurance in St. Petersburg, Florida and Vice President of Information Technology and Client Services for WellComm in Omaha, Nebraska.
Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital is a 24-bed orthopeadic specialty hospital with over $80 Million in annual revenues. The hospital is a partnership between 26 orthopaedic surgeons and the Nebraska Medical Center. NOH is Joint Commission accredited and the only orthopaedic specialty hospital in the region.
Mr. Pugsley currently chairs the IT Steering Committee for NOH and sits on the technology committee for two other local hospital systems.
He and his wife Mandi have three children, Jordan (13), Madelyn (6) and Emma (4). Mr. Pugsley is an avid outdoorsman. He also enjoys archery, golf, and spending time with his family.
