• Pam is CEO of J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services, provider of retirement services and investment solutions for nearly 1,000 retirement plans and more than 1.5 million plan participants.*
• Pam has more than 25 years in the retirement industry, including the last 14 years with J.P. Morgan, where she serves as a member of the J.P.Morgan Asset Management Executive Committee.
• At J.P. Morgan, Pam’s leadership responsibilities have included: heading the client relationship organization; leading corporate strategy; driving the acquisition of CCA Strategiesin 2006; and serving as chief operating officer of the emerging markets retirement business.
• Pam’s previous experience also includes roles with American Century Investments and Hewitt Associates.
• She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
