Wes Owen is the Senior IT Performance Manager for Black and Veatch.  Prior to Black and Veatch Wes was the Manager of Infrastructure Services at HNTB, a Kansas City based engineering and architectural firm, where he has been working in different IT Management roles for the last 10 years. He has both a B.S. and Master's Degree in Telecommunications Management.

Wes has been involved with a number of projects in his career including storage implementations of SAN, NAS, and CAS along with De-duplication projects.  Other implementations include Unified Messaging with Cisco VoIP systems, video distribution with Cisco DMS, and virtualization projects.
