Matt Orr is currently the CIO of Weather Decision Technologies Inc. WDT is one of the fastest growing companies in the US as awarded by the OKC Metro 50 and Fortune’s Inc 5000. As Director of Operations and then CIO for WDT, Matt has built from scratch and maintained a diverse infrastructure that everything from high end scientific modeling clusters to web infrastructure serving millions of pages every month.
Prior to WDT Matt to held various IT positions in NOAA’s National Severe Storm Laboratory and at the University of Oklahoma. These including managing hardware, software, and student employees for all University labs and supporting real time scientific missions for the National Severe Storms Lab.
