As IT Director – Sourcing & Security, Scott O’Dell oversees Hallmark IT’s out-sourced relationship with ACS (Affiliated Computer Services, Inc.) for data center operations, network services, end-user computing, help desk, mainframe and mid-range technology. He also has responsibility for Hallmark’s information systems security.

Mr. O’Dell joined Hallmark in June 1987 as programmer in Systems Development. The majority of his career has been spent overseeing Hallmark’s technology partnerships with its mass channel retail customers such as Walgreens, Wal*Mart, and CVS. He just recently made the change to IT Sourcing Director .

Mr. O’Dell has more than 15 years of IT management experience in the retail and wholesale supply chain industry.

Mr. O’Dell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration – Computer Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
