Gudrun Neumann is the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for all Information Technology services at American Century ® Investments; the investment manager of a diversified family of mutual funds and institutional accounts. The company is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.

Ms. Neumann joined American Century Investments in March of 1998 as Vice President of Information Technology.  Prior to joining American Century, Ms. Neumann was employed by IBM’s Global Banking, Finance & Securities organization, where she was responsible for outsourcing contracts. Her sixteen years of Information Technology experience with IBM includes systems integration, application development/ maintenance, data center/distributed systems support, network, database administration, and end-user support.

Ms. Neumann received the American Century Investment's Leadership award in 1999 and was featured in the 2005 CIO Magazine's, Ones to Watch article, selected for her demonstrated leadership, innovation & contributions of value to information technology and the business. 

Ms. Neumann holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
