Steven Naylor joined the Federal Home Loan Bank-Topeka in March 2004. Naylor consulted for FHLBank prior to being named FVP. He has also consulted with other organizations such as Sprint, Sprint PCS, TWA, IEEE, and the Hilton Hotel Corporation. Naylor was also the director of support services for Euphony Communications. Ltd., a start-up telecommunications company in High Wycombe, United Kingdom, and the director of management information systems for Humana Health Care Plans-Kansas City. Naylor was honored with the 2006 Computerworld Premier 100 Leadership Award and is also an active member of Forrester Research's Oval Program-The CIO Group. He has a bachelors of business administration degree from Wichita State University, Wichita, Kansas .
