Rich Naser is the executive director of the South Dakota Technology Business Center – a 38,000 sq. ft. business incubator located on the campus of Southeast Technical Institute and University Center in Sioux Falls, SD.

Opened in January 2004, the center’s mission is to diversify and expand the regional economy by providing “best practices” incubator services and networking opportunities to qualified new and early-stage technology-based companies. These services include: establishing Mentor Boards for client companies; assistance with marketing, accounting, human resource, finance, insurance and legal issues; providing linkages to regional university faculty and students; and educational seminars targeted specifically to technology entrepreneurs.

Prior to the Technology Business Center, Naser was employed by the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce for more than eight years and has served as the director of the Forward Sioux Falls Technology Program since 1999.
