Tom joined Jefferson Wells International in February 2006 and is the firm’s senior IT leader. He brings 20 years of IT experience to the organization and is currently leading transformational initiatives to align the corporation’s IT portfolio with the dynamic business needs of an international professional services organization. The Jefferson Wells IT team is accountable to deliver the full range of IT services – business applications, end user services, and technology infrastructure – using a centralized information services model.

Tom earned a BS Industrial Engineering degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, Tom has held progressive levels of responsibility at Andersen Consulting, Rockwell Automation, Alterra Healthcare, and Johnson Polymer. Tom has diverse industry experience spanning professional services, healthcare, and manufacturing. His strategic vision is based upon the principles of optimizing the utility of technology and empowering work forces. His perspective is founded on many successful initiatives, including: global ERP deployment, business intelligence / client relation systems, extensive data integration, and infrastructure modernization.
