Jeanne M. Moreno is vice president and Chief Information Officer of Snap-on Incorporated. Moreno joined the corporation in April, 2005. Her responsibilities include providing global IT communications services and deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Prior to joining Snap-on, Moreno was senior vice president of corporate services and operations and chief information officer for Citrix Software, a global leader in infrastructure software that supports access needs for business customers. Moreno has extensive experience in building business-focused support systems, including 11 years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation and more recently as CIO at BMC Software Corporation in Houston and Citrix Software in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
