Doug Mills is the Vice President and Chief Information Officer of The Mosaic Company. Mosaic is the world’s leading producer and marketer of concentrated phosphate and potash, two of the primary components of fertilizer. Mosaic was formed in 2004 through the combination of IMC Global Inc. and the crop nutrition business of Cargill. Headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota, the company employs more than 7,000 people in ten countries.

Prior to his role of Mosaic CIO, Doug held various IT leadership positions including CIO of IMC Global, IT Director of Business Solutions and IT Director of Potash business unit. He relocated to the United States from Canada during 1997 for a leadership role on an ERP project.

Doug has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
