Frank Milano has been the chief information officer for Terracon Consultants, Inc. since 1999. He is responsible for IT policy and aligning IT strategy with the firm’s business strategies.  Terracon, headquartered in Olathe, Kan., has more than 100 offices nationwide and more than 2,700 employees.   

Prior to his work with Terracon, Mr. Milano engaged in an 18-year management career, building world-class Information Technology organizations nationwide.  His expert technical qualifications, combined with strong performance in team building, team leadership, resource management, finance, and business development, led to technology solutions that increased productivity and efficiency, supporting rapid growth in various companies, such as RECRA Environmental, Inc., CompTek Research, Inc., and American Precision Industries.
