Mr. McQueen has extensive experience serving in the capacity of Vice President and CIO for Integris Health in Oklahoma City. He has managed the Information Technology function for Integrated Delivery Networks, University medical centers, and managed care organizations. He has created and implemented strategic information technology plans and governance processes as a CIO and as a consultant.

Mr. McQueen’s experience also includes re-engineering in acute, ambulatory and managed care environments. His re-engineering initiatives have included the areas of clinical patient care, business support functions, managed care and information technology. He has designed and implemented self-directed work teams and applied employee empowerment concepts and practices.

Mr. McQueen has lectured and written on Information Technology issues including strategic planning, outsourcing and re-engineering. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Redlands.
