Mr. Cooper joined YRCW in 2004 and is currently managing the entire YRCW Corporate Program/Project Management office team, including all process & tools and project portfolio management for the entire YRCW Corporation. Before becoming Manager of Programs, Mark was Senior Manager EPMO and was responsible for all EPMO Overland Park Program & Project Managers that manage all ITSG, Corp-ES and large operating company projects from conception to completion for the entire YRCW Corporation.

Prior to his employment with YRCW he worked for Conklin Company as Corporate Internet Project Manager where he designed, developed and promoted a new internet site for the corporate office as well as all distributors in the field. Before Conklin Mark was a National Audit Specialist for United Parcel Service. In this role he successfully redesigned the entire district IS office to increase effectiveness to 100% for the National Audit.

Mark holds a B.A. in Management from Kansas State University.
