Mark Clark is the Director of IT Operations and Development at Bridgestone Bandag Tire Solutions in Muscatine Iowa. Bridgestone Bandag is the combination of Bridgestone Americas truck and bus new tire division as well as what was formerly Bandag Inc This combined organization provides tire related products and services to trucking fleets through independent and company controlled franchises.

Mark has been with Bandag for 22 years in a number of technical and management roles that have included Engineering, Manufacturing and IT. He has spent the last eight years working in IT where he has been involved with driving process implementation across IT including project process, ITIL process and architectural planning. His group has been through several very successful ERP deployments that leveraged a combination of in-sourcing and out-sourcing. They use a similar outsourcing model for the support and operation of their infrastructure. Working in conjunction with Bandag’s Business Continuity Planning Team, they have built the processes and capabilities to effectively execute in the event of a significant service outage.
