Ricks experience includes roles in leading Distributed Systems, Mainframe, and Backup Storage teams at Northwestern Mutual and previously with Metavante which cover the past 13+ years. Prior to this , he held several management positions in IT Data Center Services. His technology focal points include fibre channel SAN Design, Architecture, and build out, including virtualization and replication.
