Marcia MacLeod is CIO and Vice President of Williams.
Joining Williams in 2000, she has served as Vice President of Enterprise Business Services and as Vice President of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS.
Prior to joining Williams, Ms. MacLeod served as Managing Director of Global Compensation and Benefits for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where she was responsible for all EDS compensation, benefits and performance management programs serving the company’s 125,000 employees in the United States and 42 countries.
Before EDS, she served in various management roles at JC Penney in Dallas, Texas and HEB in San Antonio, Texas.
Additionally, Ms. MacLeod practiced tax and corporate law at the Dallas law firm of Hughes and Luce.
She holds a juris doctorate and a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from the University of Tulsa and is licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado.
