Phil Lockman, Director of the Department of Community Corrections for UG has been in the field of corrections for 24 years with varied experience in facility and field operations. He has served on the State of Kansas Criminal Justice Information System Advisory Board and is the Past President of the Kansas Community Corrections Association. He currently is certified as a Project Director for Information Technology Projects for the State of Kansas. The Community Corrections is responsible for adult and juvenile intensive supervision, juveniles in out of home placement, juvenile parole supervision, house arrest/pre-trial bonding, electronic monitoring, drug courts and juvenile diversion.
