Tom Knapp joined Fiserv VISION on March 1, 2004 as Senior Vice President of Product Development. Tom joins Fiserv at a particularly opportune time, with the Cleartouch strategy taking the forefront in upcoming development initiatives. He has extensive experience in information technology management, including 15 years of experience as chief information officer for two organizations. Tom received an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, and a BA in Economics from Loras College.

Tom has also served in management consulting positions with public accounting firms, performing such functions as strategic planning and new technology assessments. He brings a strong project management methodology, and will guide Fiserv VISION’s product development efforts to maximize resources and deliver products to meet the business needs of clients. His knowledge of emerging technologies and experience in process management are welcome attributes as we move through the next phases of our Cleartouch strategy and beyond. Tom has a reputation as a strong leader and team builder with the same commitment to quality that is the cornerstone of the Fiserv VISION culture.

Tom will be participating in the upcoming National Management Conference on May 3-5 in Boston, and plans on presenting his road map for Fiserv VISION’s product development initiatives.
