Based in Lake Forest, IL, Stericycle operates in the US, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Argentina and Chile. Ilya Klekovkin leads IT Technical Operations group in the Stericycle Return Management Services (RMS) division, located in Indianapolis, IN. He is responsible for the 24x7 operations IT team that provides infrastructure and user support to various RMS offices throughout the country. The group manages over 150 servers in the Indianapolis RMS data centers, distributed PBX, VM environment and a complex telephony platform. Ilya has fifteen years of experience in IT operations support and management. He successfully implemented various projects in enterprise systems management. Ilya holds a Master’s degree from Boston College and resides with his wife and four children in Carmel, IN.
