Jim Phillips has over twenty years of experience in financial services in both banking and insurance.  Prior to his current role as SVP & CIO at Arizona Federal, he was the President of a banking consulting group where he worked with mid sized Banks and Credit Unions around the country.  He was a Senior Manager in the Financial Service practice at Accenture where he led modernization efforts within various government agencies. Jim is a frequent public speaker around IT best practices and strategic planning and was chosen as one of Bank Systems and Technology’s most Innovative CIOs in 2007. Jim believes that his hands-on experience and strategic view help to deliver real solutions that have measurable impact to the organizations he serves.
