James Gibson’s 25 years of information technology experience spans multiple disciplines within IT.  Possessing comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure including a strong focus in service delivery and support, end user computing and data center operations, James has led internal service management efforts applying ITIL best practices and implementing supporting tools to optimize the delivery of service.  James has leveraged his passion for customer-centric IT to improve quality while realizing year-over-year cost savings through process re-engineering, technology consolidation, and competency development.

James is currently focused on achieving sustainable cost reductions and facilitating strategic planning efforts to increase efficiencies within IT infrastructure.  James received his BS in Computer Science from the University Missouri Kansas City and MBA from Rockhurst University.
