Chad Jeffrey is the CIO for Prairie Health IT Ventures.

Mr. Jeffrey’s professional experience includes numerous years in Healthcare Information Technology.  Most recently serving as an IT Manager for Madison County Health Care System which provides a continuum of care to residents living in and around Madison County Iowa. Providers include Madison County Memorial Hospital, Earlham Medical Clinic, Health Trust Physicians Clinic and Middle River Hospice.

Mr. Jeffrey joined the Madison County Health Care System team in 2008 and is also the project manager for the electronic medical records initiative.  In addition to the above mentioned functions he also served as the facility HIPAA Security Officer.

Mr. Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from Bellevue University, Bellevue NE, in 2007 and is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional Certification .
