Rob has been an employee of The Chickasaw Nation for the past two year working in the Commerce Division.  He has 25 years of Information Technology leadership experience. Rob has lead large complex IT implementations for corporations such as Jim Walters Home, Inc., Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc., Mandalay Bay Resorts and USA Mobility.

Jacks’ undergraduate degree is from the University of Montevallo and his MBA is from Samford University.
