James is Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. He is responsible for strategy, architecture, program management and IT operations to support all business units including casino, hotel, retail, food & beverage, and G&A (ERP).  Wynn Tower Suites is the only casino resort in the world to receive both the Mobil Five Star and AAA Five Diamond awards.

He has more than 23 years of experience in information technology management, architecture, development, and IT operations. Prior to joining Wynn in August 2006, James worked as a Director of Information Technology for Sun Chemical Corporation in Parsippany, NJ - the world's largest manufacturer of printing inks and organic pigments. Prior to that, James worked as a Sr. Consultant for MCI Systemhouse in Boston, MA and as a Sr. Systems Engineer for SHL Systemhouse in Canada.

James holds an M.S. from Columbia University (New York, NY) in Technology Management and a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts.
