Dan currently holds the position with First National Technology Solutions (FNTS) of Group Manager in charge of windows and networking with oversight responsibilities for the shared storage infrastructure. Previously Dan worked for EDS for fifteen years in three distinct environments: Automotive; Nuclear Power Plant; Department of Defense. Dan worked in automotive plants in Lansing, Michigan and Flint, Michigan providing technical support for miscellaneous IT environments. He then held a position in Palo, Iowa at the Duane Arnold Energy Center nuclear power plant providing primarily UNIX administration and networking support. His final stop on the EDS tour was at STRATCOM in Bellevue, Nebraska supporting Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) providing all facets of support associated with the EDS developed solution for document management. Dan arrived at FNTS as an engineer for UNIX infrastructure support which has led him to be highly involved in the shared storage offerings provided by FNTS prior to assuming his current position. Dan holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee and University of Nebraska, respectively.
