Jeff started his IT career as a Change Management consultant with Accenture. He was there for nine years with a general consulting focus on helping organizations manage change. His specificareas of expertise included IT system implementation, workforce performance, organization design, communications planning, and leadership development while his Industry experience was in energy, financial services, health care, and manufacturing.
>From here, Jeff moved on to become a partner in a small IT and management consulting firm for two years. Chesepeake Energy became a client where he worked for a year before joining as a full time employee two and half years ago.
Jeff received his undergraduate at Dartmouth with a degree in Economics and his MBA at the University of Texas at Austin in Management and Marketing.
