Manager of Technical Architecture
Eric Ganske - is the Manager of Technical Architecture for Kroll Ontrack, headquartered in Eden Prairie and subsidiary of Kroll, Inc., the world’s leading risk consulting company. Collaborating closely with all functional areas within Legal Technologies, Eric is responsible for managing a team to meet the rapidly growing server and data storage challenges related to the electronic discovery, paper discovery, and computer forensics side of the business. Together these offerings total 7+ petabytes of disk storage and 2000+ systems managed by 12 FTE’s. Eric has led the effort to re-architect the design of the infrast ructure supporting the LT business to maintain 99.9% uptime, reduce data center footprint, increase system performance and continues to reduce cost by analyzing, recommending and implementing storage strategies to keep up with the business growth and enhance data processing time.
Eric joined Kroll Ontrack in October 2004 from RBC Dain Rauscher, where he served as Sr. Systems Engineer. In this role, he led a team charged with supporting both Minneapolis and New York trading technologies as well as the migration of trading IT headquarters to New York. Throughout his IT career, Eric has held positions at Deloitte Consulting, XIOtech, and Mindsharp. He is an active member of multiple hardware and software customer advisory boards.
