Nancy is the Chief Information Officer for American Express Bank, FSB. She is responsible for end to end IT strategy and technology capabilities, financial portfolio management, leading regulatory IT examinations with the OTS, and Information Security. This role includes oversight for IT Affiliate and Vendor Management activities. Nancy has reporting relationships to the President of AEB, FSB and bank Board of Directors.
Depth of experience spans multiple business units at American Express that include, Technology Solution Delivery Director for the US Consumer Card Group, US Banking Technical Director, and now part of Amex’s Global Banking Business. During her tenure at IBM, Nancy was focused on leading technology process re-engineering, new product development, and leading the investment decision process for enterprise solutions.
Community service includes serving on the Board of Directors for Utah Valley Mental Health Foundation. In her free time, Nancy enjoys fly fishing, hiking, skiing and snowmobiling. She is an avid pilot who loves mountain flying and aerial photography.
